Nine years ago today, MOTOVIS set sail with a dream — a vision for the future of mobility. From a handful of pioneers working out of a small garage, to a team of hundreds of world-class engineers and innovators reaching across China and into global markets, every step of our journey has been shaped by the wisdom, dedication, and hard work of our team.

Unfolding a new chapter, further in journey
As we mark our 9th anniversary, we also step into what many are calling the “second half” of the autonomous driving game. On one hand, the automotive industry is experiencing intense internal competition, and the intelligent driving sector faces serious headwinds. On the other hand, the penetration rate of pre-installed intelligent driving systems is accelerating, and the market outlook is growing clearer.
At the same time, AI breakthroughs—especially large-scale end-to-end foundation models—are rapidly advancing, making the mass production of high-level autonomous driving achievable in the years ahead.
In this new chapter, MOTOVIS’s path forward is more focused than ever. As a leading player with full-stack, original algorithm capabilities—from perception to planning and control—backed by a world-class team of algorithm experts, we are deepening our strength in algorithm–chip synergy to deliver the most cost-effective intelligent driving solutions for mainstream production vehicles. At the same time, we are leveraging our algorithmic strengths together with computing power and data loop feedback, aiming to lead the industry into the next generation of high-level intelligent driving powered by large foundation models.
